Milosevic blockades Montenegro
Serbia has imposed a blockade at the border with Montenegro, the smaller of the two republics in the Yugoslav Federation.Trucks carrying consumer goods have not been allowed through, and passengers were prevented from bringing in anything more than personal luggage. It is the latest pressure tactic to be applied to the pro-Western government in Montenegro, which has been at odds with the Yugoslav government in Belgrade.
