CBBC's Helen Skelton has become the first woman to kayak the length of the Amazon River on her own.
It took her six weeks to complete the mammoth 2,010-mile journey in Brazil, raising awareness of the Sport Relief charity along the way.
Helen's also set a new world record for the longest distance kayaked by a woman in a day - a muscle-tiring 75 miles!
