Leah gets a top inventor to check out YOUR ideas

Leah with inventor Trevor Bayliss

Cannot play media. Sorry, this media is not available in your territory.

It seems lots of you fancy yourselves as inventors. You've sent us loads of ideas for your own unique creations after we told you about a boy called Sam.

Sam was only three when he came up with the idea for a double-headed broom - now it's been voted one of the best inventions of the past 10 years.

So because we've had so many of your ideas, we thought we'd take them to an expert - Trevor Bayliss, the man who invented the wind-up radio.

Leah went to his lab to see what he thought, and to find out how you know when you've got a great idea.
