Barnet midfielder Neal Bishop scored but was then stretchered off as Barnet eased to victory at lowly Accrington.
Barnet took a deserved lead in 53 minutes when Adam Birchall crossed for Bishop to head in.
The goalscorer was then carried off after trying to clear the rebound from Shaun Whalley's shot which was deflected on to the crossbar.
Barnet made sure of all three points when Michael Leary nodded in from Jason Puncheon's corner.
