Toshack handed out three new caps during the win

Wales manager John Toshack says winning was the most important thing after his side eased past a poor Luxembourg side with a 2-0 win.
"It wasn't the best game I've seen I must admit and we certainly had a few players who were short of fitness," he said.
"But at the end of the day, we've got a win. It keeps a bit of momentum going and we've seen a couple of new faces.
"Luxembourg were short of technique, but they worked really hard."
Captain Simon Davies, who won his 50th cap hailed striker Freddy Eastwood's prowess after he scored the two goals to secure the win.
"Freddy has got that sort of ability to get a goal out of nothing," he said.
"The one in the first half he was going nowhere really and he just popped up with a goal of his own making and you can't have too many players like that."
But Davies admitted that was the only enjoyable part of the game.
"It wasn't a classic but they sat back and they weren't really looking to win the game," he added.
"We tried to get the tempo going but when they aren't really participating, it's difficult.
"It wasn't very enjoyable to play in but we got the win and that's the most important thing."
