Queen's Park forced a replay with Second Division rivals Airdie United thanks to a Mark Ferry volley in the third round of the Scottish Cup.
Airdrie goalkeeper Steven Robertson denied Alan Trouten during a first half of few chances at Excelsior Stadium.
Stephen McKeown fired home from 20 yards to put Airdrie ahead 12 minutes after the interval.
