Hamilton 0-0 Partick Thistle

Division One leaders Hamilton Accies slipped up in their quest for promotion thanks to the heroics of Partick Thistle goalkeeper Jon Tuffey.

After an uneventful first half, Tuffey tipped over a James McCarthy drive and then in quick succession parried shots from David Graham and Stuart Taylor.

He also pulled off great saves to keep out David Elebert's header and then a drive from McCarthy.

In the closing stages, Tuffey pulled off further stops to deny Taylor.

Accies now hold a four-point lead over Dundee at the top of the First Division, but the Dens Park outfit have a game in hand.
