Queen's Park eased their relegation play-off worries by claiming a valuable win against 10-man Peterhead.
Mark Ferry put the Spiders in front - running onto a Steve Canning pass to take the ball around keeper Michal Kula and slot into an empty net.
Tony Quinn netted soon after, stooping to head home a Paul Paton cross.
Kula kept his side in it with a block from Alan Trouten, but saw red late on for bringing down Stuart McGrady, who had flicked the ball past him.
