Airdrie United 1-1 Alloa Athletic

Alloa secured their first-ever point against Airdrie to keep in front of Peterhead and Brechin in the race for a place in the promotion play-offs.

Kyle McAulay gave Alloa the lead when, against the run of play, he headed a cross past keeper Stephen Robertson.

Alloa keeper Raymond Jaella produced a series of superb saves.

But Bryan Prunty drilled home a deserved equaliser before the home side struck the post twice as they remain three points clear in second spot.
