Ebbsfleet manager Liam Daish was angered by a number of controversial decisions in his side's 1-0 loss to strugglers Halifax on Thursday.
Daish told BBC Radio Kent: "I'm getting too irate, but it's hard to turn your back on that, you can see what a poor performance the referee had.
"Every replay has contradicted the ref's decisions - it's there on national television."
The Fleet face a fourth game this week when they play Droylsden on Saturday.
The Fleet will be without defender Sacha Opinel for the game after he was sent off in the first half against Halifax, one of the decisions that annoyed Daish.
Ebbsfleet's boss was also unhappy about referee Jock Waugh's time keeping: " Even at the end of both halves, he blows the whistle when we're taking a shot. His timing is perfection really."
