Grays are set to move to Aveley

Grays Athletic have confirmed they are considering moving to the Aveley area of Thurrock, although they will stay at the Recreation Ground next season.

The Blue Square Premier side have also revealed they would consider staying in Grays if land became available.

A statement read: "If land within Grays were made available before the final planning consent is granted at Aveley, the board would consider this option."

The statement on the website mentioned Blackshots as a possible area in Grays.
