Myhill is ready to snub Stockport
Hull City are set to snatch Aston Villa keeper Boaz Myhill from Stockport.

Myhill has been on loan at Edgeley Park and was being lined up for a permanent move.

The 21-year-old has instead opted to move to Hull.

Stockport boss Sammy McIlroy said: "If the lads considers Hull to be a more appealing prospect, there is little we can do about it."

"I am disappointed but not distraught, football is like that sometimes."

Hull boss Peter Taylor has used three goalkeepers already this season, including Brighton's Michel Kuipers on loan, and recently allowed Alan Fettis to join Sheffield United in a loan deal.
