Leicester boss Ian Holloway admits City face a tough fight to win promotion from League One next season.

Holloway, whose job is under review, played in the third tier for Bristol Rovers, and managed QPR to promotion.

He told BBC Radio Leicester: "It's horrible, that's no disrespect to it and it's hard to win at any level.

"I got to a play-off in it twice, lost them both and I got automatic promotion in it so, yes I do know an awful lot about it."

After a meeting on Monday between chairman Milan Mandaric and Holloway, both parties said it was "business as usual" at the Walkers Stadium.
