Holmes was unimpressed with referee David Phillips

Salisbury City manager Nick Holmes has slammed referee David Phillips for his performance in the Whites' 2-0 home defeat by Cambridge United on Saturday.
The West Midlands official sent off Salisbury midfielder Mike Fowler for dangerous play and later sent assistant manager Barrie Blankley to the stands.
"It is a tough job but I thought he got a lot of decisions wrong," Holmes told BBC Radio Wiltshire.
The Whites boss added: "I thought he showed an air of arrogance out there."
"People over the last month or so have said 'you must give referees respect'.
"But when you see the way he spoke to people and treated people, respect has to be two ways and if you're going to act like that then you'll get quite a lot of verbal back, I'm afraid."
