Swans & Havant charged over brawl

The two sides face each other in a replay on 16 January

Swansea City and Havant & Waterlooville have been charged following a mass brawl towards the end of last weekend's FA Cup third round tie.

It was sparked by Havant player Brett Poate's lunge on Andrea Orlandi. He was sent off and Swansea's Alan Tate also saw red for his part in the melee.

The FA has charged Havant with failing to control their players and they have until 24 January to respond.

The Welsh FA have charged Swansea with the same offence.
