Timo Glock's brief taste of Formula One action with Jordan in 2004 should stand him in good stead with Toyota as the pressure will be on from the start.

Team officials are unhappy with years of underperformance, so the German is unlikely to have long to bed in.

But his experience, his time testing for BMW Sauber and the fact he is GP2 champion are all reasons to be upbeat.

But with the super-quick Jarno Trulli as his team-mate, Glock will have a tough yardstick in his first season.
