The former Jordan Formula One team has just gone through its fourth name change in as many years.

In 2008 they will be known as Force India following a takeover by Indian billionaire Vijay Mallya.

The ambition is to be podium contenders within a couple of years - in time for the first Indian Grand Prix in 2010.

They have made huge progress with their new car, and veteran Giancarlo Fisichella is a savvy driver signing, but there is a lot of work still to do.
