Birmingham enjoyed their first home win for more than a month, beating Redcar 46-45 in the Premier League.
Kyle Legault secured the winning point in heat 15 as the Brummies built nicely on Sunday's win at Newcastle.
Skipper Jason Lyons was again the main architect of the victory with 12 points, Legault adding a dozen more.
Craig Watson chipped in with nine, while late guest Josh Grajczonek proved a solid deputy for the injured James Birkinshaw with five important points.
Birkinshaw was ruled out only hours before the meeting, continuing an injury-ravaged season for the club.
Former world champion Gary Havelock kept Redcar in the hunt throughout with 12 points, ex-Wolves rider James Grieves adding 10 and Josh Auty seven.
