Forward Francis nets Devils deal

Cardiff Devils forward Neil Francis has signed a new deal with the club.

The 32-year-old who hails Cardiff, is one of the Devils longest serving players and has agreed to stay on for another season.

"Last year promised so much but with so many things against us, it left us feeling empty," he said.

"It's only May but I can't wait for the chance to make amends. With injuries last year, I played more than expected and I loved every minute of it."
