Snooker on the BBC

The BBC will have full and comprehensive coverage of the 2008/09 Snooker season.

We will bring you action from the UK Championship, the Masters, Grand Prix, Welsh Open and of course unrivalled action from the World Championship at the Crucible.

Our presenters, as always, will be Hazel Irvine and Ray Stubbs and they are joined by experts John Parrott and Steve Davis.

The team of Clive Everton, Dennis Taylor, John Virgo, Willie Thorne and Terry Griffiths are on hand to provide commentary.

We will have extensive coverage of certain events on BBCi, via the red button, where viewers will have the option to watch a choice of tables and highlights.

And the BBC Sport website will simulcast all of our TV and interactive coverage. (UK users only).

BBC Radio 5 Live will keep listeners up to date with regular reports.
