Dungannon secured their Division One status with a deserved six-try thrashing of Ballymena at Eaton Park.
Although Lansdowne also recorded a surprise victory over Terenure, Dungannon's bonus point saw the Dubliners and Greystones relegated.
Richard McCarter was the star for Dungannon scoring 18 points with two tries, two penalties and a conversion.
Trailing 18-0 at half-time, a penalty try and a conversion by Craig Woods was all that Ballymena mustered.
Further tries by Derek Hall, Andy Hughes, Mark Jenkinson and John McGuckin saw Dungannon sweep home.
Cork Constitution finished top of the Division One table, with Shannon, Garryowen and Clontarf completing the top four for the play-offs.
Meanwhile, Instonians won the Division Three play-off final when they defeated the previously unbeaten champions Bruff 32-23 at Donnybrook.
