Munster hit by double injury blow

Munster

Munster will be without Barry Murphy and Niall Ronan for the Heineken Cup final against Toulouse on 24 May.

Centre Murphy dislocated his thumb during Wednesday's Magners League match against Ulster and will be out for a minimum of four weeks.

Back-rower Ronan has a similar injury but with an additional fracture. He is expected to miss out for between six and eight weeks.

Munster are chasing a second Heineken Cup win to add to their 2006 triumph.
