Get to know the team who make the Scrum V show...
Arwyn is the new kid on the block in the Scrum V Live team. As an assistant producer he gets involved in arranging interviews and filming scene set footage in the week leading up to the match.
He also ensures that there are no 'black holes' on the screen when it comes to half-time analysis and post match shots!
How did you get into this job?
Before arriving at the BBC last March I enjoyed a varied existence: 18 years as a physical education teacher; 10 years as a natural history producer/director/cameraman; and 18 months as a marketing executive at the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society.
Your best sporting moment?
Going to Anfield for the first time on January 11th 1969 when Peter Thompson scored in the 1-0 hammering of West Brom (if my memory serves me right!). I've been a Liverpool fan ever since.
Favourite Players:
In rugby it's Martyn Williams, the Cardiff Blues and Wales flanker, and in football Ian Callaghan, a Liverpool legend.
Other teams/sports followed:
Rugby as Builth Wells Under-11s coach.
What do you do away from the BBC?
I enjoy taking part in numerous sporting challenges thrown at me by my kids.
It's getting harder to keep one step ahead of them, and they sense the tide turning their way!
