Grays climbed into the top half of the table with a convincing performance against fellow mid-table side Rushden.

The home side went in front after 15 minutes when Jamie Taylor blasted home from 12 yards out.

Danny Kedwell doubled the lead 10 minutes before the break with a smart finish from inside the area.

Danny Knowles denied Sam Smith before substitute Scott Taylor wrapped up the points for Grays when he converted Neil McCafferty's cross.
