Barrow confirm Hindmarch interest
Barrow joint manager Dave Bayliss has admitted an interest in midfielder Stephen Hindmarch following his release by Carlisle United last week.
"I've got his number and I spoke to someone at Carlisle United about him and they rate him very highly," Bayliss told BBC Radio Cumbria.
"I've looked him up and he seems a talented player, but whether he'll come to us or we'll have him, I don't know.
"We don't want to plan for much before we know what is happening on Friday."
The Bluebirds take on Stalybridge Celtic in the Blue Square North play-off final at Burton Albion's Pirelli Stadium on Friday 9 April.
