New faces arrive at Cliftonhill

Albion Rovers striker Tommy Coyne

New Albion Rovers manager Paul Martin has made Tommy Coyne and Gary McKenna his first signings for the club.

Striker Coyne, son of the former Celtic and Motherwell player of the same name, was released by Dumbarton in April.

He began his career at Kilmarnock before moving to the Sons where he scored nine goals in twenty six starts.

Fellow forward McKenna is the second Rovers signing of the summer from Harmony Row Youth Club, following the arrival of full-back Martin McGoldrick.
