Adams ready to reconsider exodus

Gary Hart and Kerry Mayo

New Brighton manager Micky Adams has dropped a clear hint he will look again at the club's retained list, which was issued under ex-boss Dean Wilkins.

Ten players were released, including experienced Gary Hart and Kerry Mayo.

Adams told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "I know it's been controversial and I have my own opinions of that.

"I have my own ideas about three or four of the players [on the released list] and we will have discussions about it. We will see what develops."
