Pirates ground work to be delayed
Bristol Rovers' plan to redevelop their stadium has been further delayed because the club wants to play pre-season games there in the summer.
Rovers want to stage two high-profile friendlies at the Memorial Stadium before moving to a temporary home.
First-team coach Paul Trollope told BBC Radio Bristol: "To have some pre-season games and training here will help us."
Rovers are still to decide where they will play next season while work takes place on their ground.
