Grays squad set for a fresh look

Grays Athletic

Grays Athletic's preparations for next season have already begun with the release of several players.

Leaving the club are goalkeepers Nicky Eyre and Danny Knowles, defenders Charley Hearn and Santos Gaia, plus midfielder Cameron Mawer.

In addition, all loan players have returned to their parent clubs.

The south Essex side have also announced new or extended contracts for seven of the players who helped them to tenth-place in the Blue Square Premier.

Staying at the New Recreation Ground are Andy Sambrook, Simon Downer, Aaron O'Connor, Mark Haines, Neil McCafferty, Scott Taylor and Jeff Goulding.
