Woking coach Grant lays down law

New Woking head coach Kim Grant has laid out his plans to take the club forward next season.

The former Charlton, Yeovil and Ghana striker has confirmed the players will train twice a day, and alcohol will be banned before and after matches.

Grant told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "It will be hard, and they will have to buy into it, otherwise I'll have to bring others in who will want to.

"We need everyone on the right track going forward. No exceptions."
