Felipe Massa

Felipe Massa continues to defy expectations and is emerging as a truly world-class contender this year.

Always quick, the Brazilian has been let down in the past by inconsistency and a tendency to make mistakes.

But while this year he has won where he has been traditionally strong - such as in Bahrain - he has also been quick on bogey tracks such as Monaco.

He leads the championship heading into the British Grand Prix as a result, and looks like he will take some shifting.
