Jarno Trulli

Raising his game

Jarno Trulli

Jarno Trulli is arguably the fastest man in Formula One over one lap, and this year he has begun to consistently translate that form into races.

The Italian had a reputation for going backwards in races, even if that was often because he had qualified a poor car higher than it deserved to be.

But this year Trulli has taken advantage of the progress made by Toyota to put in some strong races.

As he has proved, the likeable Trulli can win races when things go his way.
