Rocks closing in on new signings
Scottish Rocks coach Sterling Davis claims he is close to bringing in some new players for next season following a scouting trip to the United States.
The BBL club lost the services of Maurice Hampton and Moritz Wohlers who opted to leave in the close season.
However, Davis is confident that he has now found players who can take the place of his departed stars.
"Things are definitely coming together in rebuilding our team for the upcoming season," he said.
"We have lost "Big Mo" and "Squeak" who have decided to take another step in their professional careers.
"I wish them the best in their journey and I'm sure they will be able to make the same impact on their new teams as they did here at the Rocks.
"On the positive side, we are in the process of filling those voids they left with some promising talents.
"Hopefully we will finalize those deals within the next week or so and be able to give you an idea of the new, but familiar faces that we are looking to bring to the Rocks," added Davis.
