Video diary of a bike nut part six

The training is beginning to take its toll on our man, his family and even his bike as he prepares for the 120-mile British Cyclosportive on 1 July.

Despite his weariness, Martin takes heart from some juniors and volunteers at a local track in Ipswich and shows how at least part of his body is benefiting from the gruelling rides.
