Defending champions David Weir and Shelly Woods head the entry list for this year's London Marathon wheelchair race on Sunday 13 April.
The Britons, who are both set to compete at the Beijing Paralympics, will be chasing record prize money in this year's race.
Among Weir's challengers are Australian Kurt Fearnley, who finished one second behind Weir in second place last year.
Woods will renew rivalries with American Amanda McGrory.
The other big names confirmed for the London race include world record holder Heinz Frei of Switzerland, six-time Boston Marathon winner Ernst van Dyk of South Africa and Japan¿s Choke Yasuoka.
Switzerland's Sandra Graf and former winner Francesca Porcellato of Italy will compete in the women's race.
"I am delighted to be racing in London again," said Weir, who will be chasing a third consecutive title.

"London was already one of the most important races of the year for me, but the greater profile will help to make it one of the most sought-after titles for all elite wheelchair athletes."
The winners of both the men's and women's races will win $15,000 (£7,500) with all athletes finishing in the top 10 receiving a cash reward and a further bonus on offer for a new course record.
"The London Marathon has long been known as one of the best races in the world for elite able-bodied athletes," said race director Dave Bedford.
"We want to have the same reputation among the world¿s best wheelchair marathon racers and believe the boost in prize money will help to give these races the profile they deserve."
