Bristol set pre-season challenge
Bristol will prepare for the new Premiership campaign with a series of pre-season games in England, Scotland and Wales.
They start with a four day pre-season training camp at Exeter University, ending with a game against the Exeter Chiefs on 16 August.
Bristol then play Pontypool on 20 August and take on Glasgow Warriors two days later.
The pre-season schedule finishes at Newport on 30 August.
The first round of Guinness Premiership matches are provisionally scheduled for the first weekend in September.
In the European Challenge Cup Bristol have been pooled with Northampton, Toulon and Montpellier.
