Quins moving forward - Richards

Dean Richards

Harlequins director of rugby Dean Richards insists the club is in good shape ahead of the new campaign.

Quins finished sixth last season in the Premiership table and Richards realises the expectations to succeed.

Richards told London 94.9: "It does raise the bar and I think we will become a side difficult to beat.

"If we start to learn from our setbacks and our errors, we could go a little better this year than we did last year," added Richards.

He is also keen on giving youngsters a chance: "We have a great squad of young players, they have passion to win."
