Llanelli Scarlets have confirmed their final Stradey Park fixture will be against Bristol in October.
After that EDF Energy Cup clash the region will move to their new home at Parc y Scarlets.
In all the Scarlets will play only three more matches at Stradey.
"These last ever games at Stradey Park will mark the closure of 127 years of the Llanelli Scarlets at our world-famous ground," said chief executive Stuart Gallacher.
Before the Bristol clash, on the weekend of 25 October, the Scarlets will play Connacht in a Magners League match on either 12 or 13 September and their Heineken Cup game against Harlequins on 11 October.
The first big date at the new stadium is due to be the Heineken Cup tie against Ulster in December in front of a restricted capacity of 11,250. That will follow the opening two fixtures which are expected to be semi-professional games involving Llanelli RFC.
On the final games at Stradey, Gallacher added: "It will be a piece of history in the making and will be a memorable and emotional occasion for everyone involved - our supporters, our staff, our players and coaching team.
"I am sure the rugby community across the globe will be watching us mark at the end of this chapter - Stradey Park is known throughout the world - it will be an amazing atmosphere no doubt.
"We look forward to moving to our fantastic new stadium Parc y Scarlets, however for all true Scarlets, the last ever game will be day of high emotion as we remember some of the great occasions we have had here."
