Munster v Glasgow (Sat)

Anthony Foley

Paul O'Connell has been named in the Munster team to face Glasgow but Anthony Foley is chosen as captain in his 71st Magners League appearance.

Declan Kidney's selection shows eight changes, one positional, from the side that started against the Scarlets in Stradey Park last weekend.

Alan Quinlan moves from blind to openside flanker to allow the inclusion of Donnacha Ryan in the back row.

Jerry Flannery and Tomas O'Leary are not included in the squad.

Both are carrying knocks but are expected to be fit for the Heineken Cup final against Toulouse on 24 May.

Munster: Denis Hurley; Anthony Horgan, Lifeimi Mafi, Rua Tipoki, Ian Dowling; Ronan O'Gara, Peter Stringer; Federico Pucciariello, Frank Sheahan, John Hayes; Mick O'Driscoll, Paul O'Connell; Donnacha Ryan, Alan Quinlan, Anthony Foley (capt).
Replacements: Tony Buckley, Marcus Horan, Donncha O'Callaghan, Denis Leamy, David Wallace, Paul Warwick, Keith Earls.

Glasgow: tba.
