We hear from Scots rower Katherine Grainger as she finishes her preparations for the Beijing Olympics.
Young Scottish badminton player Imogen Bankier is also going to China, but as part of the Team GB Olympic Ambition scheme.
We meet boxer Josh Taylor as picks up the Young Athlete of the Month award, and we head across the Channel for a final report from Peter Slater on this year's Tour de France.
