Andy and Jamie Murray will represent Great Britain at the Olympic Games in Beijing in August.
British number one Andy will play in the 64-man singles event, before teaming up with Jamie in the 32-team doubles competition.
The tennis event in Beijing takes place from 10-17 August.
"I am delighted to welcome Andy and Jamie in to Team GB for their first Olympic Games," said BOA chef de mission Simon Clegg.
"Becoming an Olympian is a unique privilege and I am sure they will gain a huge amount from their Olympic experience.
"Team GB has enjoyed success in the tennis competition in the past, and with Andy and Jamie we have one of best chances of achieving in this event.

Speaking during Wimbledon, Judy Murray said her sons were excited at the prospect of playing at the Olympics.
"They just found out a few days ago that their joint rankings were good enough to qualify," she told BBC Sport.
"It's a real dream for them to play together at something like this and they are looking forward to it.
"They complement each other nicely and, if the draw is kind, they might just get a medal of some sort."
The Scottish brothers, who last played together at BNP Paribas Masters in Paris in October 2007, will fit in practice sessions during the North American hard court season which has just got under way.
"The two of them will come together in the Masters series in Toronto and Cincinnati," added Judy.
"They work well together. We have one right-hander, Andy, and a lefty in Jamie.
"Andy's strengths are his return and his solid groundstrokes, while Jamie has his volleys and overheads.
"Andy obviously has a higher profile but he gets nervous playing with Jamie.
"He wants to do well for his brother and puts himself under pressure but Jamie is the experienced doubles player and the leader on court."
